The problem

Most men do this on their own.

The Circle gives a man a room full of men doing the same thing, and a weekly routine that keeps him going.

You hold things together at work.

You hold things together at home.

You do it quietly, and you do it alone.

Why they built it

Two lives. The same gap.

Toby

On every stage, in every classroom and parliament room, one pattern kept showing up: men carrying it all alone. Successful men, struggling men, quiet men who would never say a word. Toby knew that gap from the inside. It was the one he once needed filled himself.

James

Raised by a good man and shaped by many more, James has also seen what it costs when men have nowhere to turn. Two very different worlds taught him the same lesson: what a man is trusted with is about who he is when no one is checking.

“The world changes when good men stand together.”

What twelve months looks like

Everything points at three things.

They are the reason the early mornings are worth it.

01

Your work gets stronger

A year learning from good men who have built businesses, run teams and made the decisions you are facing now.

02

Your relationships get better

Five values put into practice where they are hardest to hold: with your partner, your kids, your parents and the people you work beside.

03

You build something that helps people

Every man builds at least one thing that gives back, at home, at work, in his town or online. The Circle helps him plan it and backs him while he runs it.

The five values

What every brother carries within.

The same five elements that sit at the heart of The Gorniak Method, now carried by a brotherhood.

  1. 01

    Respect

Listen first. Speak well. Lift others.

  2. 02

    Peace

The calm you bring to every room.

  3. 03

    Love

The warmth you carry into every action.

  4. 04

    Unity

    The choice to build, together.

  5. 05

    Fun

The gift of bringing life to every room.

The eight virtues

What he extends into the world.

Eight virtues, worked through over time. Each one forges him.

01

Knowledge

What he pursues.

He keeps studying, stays curious, and lets his work speak for him.

02

Calling

What he answers.

The work he was meant to do. He finds it, masters it and gives it to the world.

03

Honour

How he carries himself.

He keeps his word, and acts the same whether anyone is watching or not.

04

Courage

What he summons.

He speaks the hard truth, takes the right risk and is not afraid to fail.

05

Brotherhood

What he stands inside.

He builds the men around him into the men they are capable of becoming.

06

Teaching

What he passes on.

He shares his craft, his counsel and the lessons he has earned.

07

Builder

What he becomes through his work.

He gives his time and skill to build the room the next generation walks into.

08

North Star

What he steers by.

When the other seven live in one man, other men start to steer by him.

The rhythm

Three mornings a week, live with James and Toby.

Real time with both founders. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes at 6am UK, and every one is recorded, so brothers from Dubai to Sydney can watch when it suits them.

MonLive · 6am

The Set

WedLive · 6am

Live and unscripted. An honest answer from two men who have been there.

FriLive · 6am

Every month

The Full Circle

The whole brotherhood together, wherever in the world.

Twice a year

The Gathering

Where brothers are recognised as Elders in front of the whole Circle.

Always on

Meet the founders

Two worlds. One standard.

The qualities that earn the trust of a royal court are the same qualities that build a good man: honour, discretion, consistency, and standing for something when no one is watching.

What men say

One man who didn’t give up.

“From the outside, I had it all. Inside, I hadn’t spoken to another man about anything real in years. One real conversation and I said things out loud I’d never even admitted to myself.”
M.T. Senior executive
“He talked to me like I already was the man I was trying to become. I went from being the one nobody expected anything from to speaking in front of a room full of people.”
D.K. C-suite executive
“He sat with my darkest stuff without flinching. He never tried to fix me, he just kept showing up until I remembered how to show up for myself.”
